Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This is the official Shadowrocket website and guide. This policy explains how data is handled when you browse this site. It does not replace the app’s privacy information or Apple’s policies. Browsing this site, using app connections, and making purchases are separate activities, each with its own data practices.

1. Scope and Information You Submit

This site provides static pages with license verification, configuration instructions, and troubleshooting guidance. It has no account registration, email subscription, or configuration upload forms. You can read the guide without providing your name, email address, payment details, subscription URL, or server credentials. Do not include personal configurations or links containing credentials in page URLs on this site.

This site does not provide node services or offer, sell, or recommend subscriptions. Instructions assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. The app’s one-time purchase is not a service plan; browsing this site or buying the app does not entitle you to a network service. Website analytics are not used to access connection records inside the app.

2. Visit Data and Analytics

To deliver web pages and maintain the site, the hosting service may process technical information such as request times, page paths, IP addresses, browser identifiers, and response statuses. This information is used to serve pages, identify unusual requests, and troubleshoot access issues. It is different from information users submit themselves.

This site uses analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, device types, and clicks on App Store links, helping improve navigation, tutorials, and link availability. Clicking an App Store button may be recorded as an outbound-link event. Such an event does not indicate a completed purchase and does not include payment results or Apple Account information.

Analytics and operational logs are handled as needed for site maintenance, with access limited to relevant maintenance tasks. They are not used to sell user profiles. This policy does not promise a single retention period; actual retention and deletion depend on hosting and analytics settings. Analytics records should not be treated as a permanent record of an individual’s activity.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. Local storage is read and written by page scripts within the browser. Neither is the same as Config or Subscribe in the app. Reading this static guide does not require an account login to be saved. Depending on its setup, analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers, and your browser may cache fonts, images, and page resources under its own rules.

You can review, restrict, or delete relevant storage in your browser’s site data settings and use its privacy controls. Clearing data may reset visit recognition or cause resources to reload; it will not delete Apple purchase records or configurations in the app. Disabling scripts may affect interactive features such as navigation.

4. App Store Links

Shadowrocket is available only on Apple platforms, and the only way to get it is through the App Store product page. Apple operates that page. Once you visit it, Apple handles page access, account verification, and payment under its own policies. Purchases, refunds, and related entitlements are subject to Apple’s terms.

This site does not receive App Store payment details and cannot determine an order’s status from a link click. Check the App Store page for current pricing, system requirements, device compatibility, and general purchase terms. This policy covers browsing this site only; it does not cover Apple’s data practices or those of services you already use.

5. Policy Updates and Usage Guidance

If site features, analytics methods, or the scope of data processing change, this policy will be revised and the “Last updated” month at the top of the page will be changed. Significant changes involving new uses of data will be explained where relevant. The date on this page identifies a policy revision, not an app update.

If you have questions about the purchase link or getting started, see the FAQs and troubleshooting guidance in Quick Start or System Guide. When checking an access issue, share only the page path, what happened, and your browser type. Do not submit full subscription URLs, passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information.
